The Foundry assists each new company in establishing its own independent operations and infrastructure. Throughout the recruiting and building of the new company, The Foundry Team remains fully engaged, driving the development efforts forward, during which an organic transfer of responsibility occurs. Property searches are conducted and, at the appropriate time, the new company will move into their own facility. Throughout this time, The Foundry offers a range of resources to help ensure the new company’s long-term success, including serving as active Directors and Advisors.
